Privacy Statement

The CloudSat DPC website ("Site"), operated by Colorado State University ("CSU"), collects no personal information about its visitors unless they choose to provide that information to us. You can visit much of the Site without providing any personal information, but to access certain information and services, such as ordering data, you will need to provide some personal information to create an account on the Site. We do not share personal information gathered except as required by law and to provide the services offered on the Site. For site operation and development, technical non-personal information is collected for analysis, problem diagnosis, design assessment, system performance tracking, and other administration functions. In the case that information is provided to a third-party service provider to help us deliver information or services, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the third-party service provider is obligated to protect personal information on our behalf.
